Inspire individuals to strive for overall health, including nutrition, physical strength, body composition, and mental wellbeing.
My philosophy
I work with each client to understand their goals and what is important to them. Together we create a plan to accomplish their goals while incorporating ways to improve their overall health and lifestyle. Every client will learn ways to move better, stay injury free, develop basic strength, and increase mobility and flexibility.
I train a variety of ages, abilities, needs, and goals, including athletes. However, I only partner with clients who are willing to work towards overall health and wellness.
What I ask of my clients
To be open to new ideas and ways of reaching their goals.
To continually work towards increased mobility and flexibility of their joints, an essential component to overall health.
To review all aspects of their lifestyle, in order to find the best ways of reaching optimal wellbeing.

Designed and implemented a progressive rehabilitation program for individuals with joint replacements.
I have worked with hundreds of diverse clients, including men and women across all ages, to address their physical and mental fitness training needs.

My background
Born and raised in Wells, Maine I have always had an interest in the outdoors, exercise, and sports! I grew up playing basketball and soccer and after graduating from Wells High School in 2020, I decided to attend the University of New England to pursue a degree in Applied Exercise Science with intentions of eventually going on to physical therapy school.
As I learned more about the field of exercise science, I decided that my passion lies in injury prevention and “prehab” versus rehab, leading me to pursue strength and conditioning instead of physical therapy. This inspired me to become a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT) after which I began training clients of all ages at the UNE Fitness Center.
I recently graduated from UNE in May of 2024 with my bachelors degree in Applied Exercise Science and two minors in Business Administration and Nutrition. Upon graduating, I obtained my certified strength and conditioning specialist certification (CSCS).
